I’m Tom (mostly known as Finch, shock) — a jack of all trades with all things revenue and tech! Simply put I help resource-constrained tech teams get far more out of their current ops.

For nearly a decade, I’ve managed sales and marketing teams, CRM, RevOps, automation and data – all with one central goal, to increase efficiency and productivity across the revenue function.

Today, I focus on supporting SaaS/tech companies who see value in having a tactical extension of their team. I’m all about practical solutions, fast wins, and long-term impact. In my spare time I upskill specifically across coding, AI, and integrations in and around the GTM / CRM landscape.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work closely with some brilliant CEOs and CROs at early-stage startups alongside mentors. It’s helped shape how I approach every project: with clarity, curiosity, and a serious respect for your objective, time, and budget.

The rise of the GTM Lead & Engineer

The GTM Lead/Engineer role sits at the intersection of Ops, Sales, and Growth, a natural fit for my career so far.

I’ve built systems, owned automation, and driven revenue, sitting between sales and marketing teams to:

  • Build end-to-end GTM infrastructure

  • Automate key points across the buyer journey

  • Turn messy data into commercial outcomes

Modern revenue teams need people who understand both the tech stack and the business drivers. That’s where this hybrid role thrives and where I look to thrive in 2026.
